Corporate Recruiter- (Intelligence) -with Active polygraph Security Clearance
OverviewLMI is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support its in-house recruiting initiatives. This position will be located in LMI's Tysons, VA location.ResponsibilitiesThe Corporate Recruiter will work in a challenging, high-volume, fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and implementing strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with and build strong relationships with internal clients and peers. In this role, the Corporate Recruiter will have specific responsibility for a variety of recruiting related activities including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, as well as tracking and reporting information. Occasional travel may be required.QualificationsBachelors degree from accredited college or university7+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably government professional services recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate environments. Demonstrated tenure in work history is a must.Must have a firm understanding of OFCCP compliance and the ability to track reqs for complianceAbility to recruit on reqs that are both technical and non-technical in natureKnowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices.Knowledge of the Intelligence community, sourcing for cleared professionals, and understanding of the security clearance process, requirements and terminology.Proven track record of successfully meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill ratios, interview-to-hire ratios, etc.).Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions at one time.Develop and maintain resume database and candidate network.Ability to work within LMIs applicant tracking system for positing positions, as well as organizing, reviewing and tracking all applicants.Maintain excellent communication with any and all candidate that are being considered for future or current LMI positions. Building relationships and identifying networking opportunities.Develop effective working relationships with the LMI management team. Ability to do a thorough needs assessment with hiring manager to help determine the ideal candidates for their needs.Develop and maintain an effective recruitment advertising program. Select cost-effective recruiting sources and methods. Design and place recruitment advertising on the Internet, in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or other media.SECURITY CLEARANCE STATEMENT:Applicants selected for this position must hold an active security clearance at the polygraph level.
