A full service Real Estate Company is seeking a self-motivated and professional candidate to assist and work closely within our Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks.
- Process Accounts Payable.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and special projects, as necessary.
- Provide account information to homeowners, attorneys and title companies.
- Update owner and vendor information in the system.

- Education: Associate's degree
- Experience: 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
