A full service Real Estate Company is seeking a self-motivated and professional candidate to assist and work closely within our Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks.

General Accountabilities

  • Process Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and special projects, as necessary.
  • Provide account information to homeowners, attorneys and title companies.
  • Update owner and vendor information in the system.
  • *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.


Job Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience  



  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
