Staffing Specialists apply their advanced skills and experience in performing end to end Federal recruiting functions, processing recruiting transactions and demonstrate knowledge of the recruiting business process and technology. Staffing Specialists also provide supervisory responsibilities.Responsibilities Include: Driving interaction with hiring managers, recruiters, position classifiers and position managers;Perform End to End (EOD to Hire) Staffing Process including job offers and security processing;Perform Applicant Qualification (Minimum Quals) Process;Input and maintain data in Federal Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systemPerform Job Posting Processes;Participates in Quality Control and Process Improvement Activities;May coordinate activities of analysts;Qualifications and Education RequirementsFederal Staffing experienceProven organization and collaboration skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to obtain a public trust clearanceProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to operate efficiently with minimal supervisionPossess great attention to detailExperience dealing with confidential informationDesired Skills Bachelor's Degree; Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) certification strongly preferred, not requiredKnowledge of general human resources practices acquired through formal education or some years of Federal Human Resources experience across functional areasKnowledge of federal tracking and processing systems such as MGS and HR Connect#LI-KB2
