The Human Resources Assistant is responsible to assist in general Human Resources activities and is the primary individual responsible for answering telephones and greeting visitors to the department. The HR Assistant also coordinates new hire processing, enters new applicant data into the HRIS system, assists in office procedures and provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Managers and Recruiters as needed.This opportunity is excellent for a high performing team player who possesses: * Excellent communication skills, strong organizations skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task. * Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Publisher, PowerPoint and Word, Excel). * Customer focused and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. * College degree in related field preferred. * At least 1-2 years of experience with administrative responsibilities. * Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) Preferred. Must be able to read, write and speak English
