Customer Service Associate
The customer service associate is a Sales and Management support position. This position requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills in person, in email, and over telephone to both customers and associates. Must perform multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment.Answer all incoming calls on multi-line phone system in a prompt and friendly manner.Forward calls and written messages to appropriate department or individual.Process payments on customer orders.Process financing applications.Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete with each transaction.Contact customers to pay order balances, schedule deliveries, and schedule service appointments.Maintain customer traffic log.Print daily reports.Maintain staff calendars and schedules.Requires intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn and maintain customer database.Weekends and some holidays required.Professional social media experience a plus. .
