Our Team Leads are committed to ensuring the Philz mission is fulfilled by motivating and developing their team through superior service, quality, environment and teamwork. Team Leads ensure that Team Members and customers have an exceptional experience in the store at all times. * Deploy Team Member's, putting the right people in the right places to provide an amazing customer experience on your shift at all times.* Engage with customers and the local community to develop strong relationships, find ways to improve the experience, problem-solve, and address all customer concerns.* Consistently assess performance of Team Member's on drink and service quality. Proactively give feedback and coach, and continuously communicate performance of Team Member's to Store Leaders and other Team Leads.* Lead by example. Maintain a high bar of excellence and consistently demonstrate great performance in every role.* Support your Store Leader in executing operational practices and procedures and completing administrative duties so that Team Members are able to focus on the customer.* Inspire, encourage and engage Team Members with positive and genuine support and communication.* Hold Team Members accountable to their scheduled shifts, ensure that called out shifts are covered, and breaks/lunches are given.* Support the promotion/hiring of new Team Leads through in-store training.
