Find out more about us by visiting www.volt.com.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Provide full-life cycle Recruiting and process management, which may include: post jobs and source candidates; screen candidates; schedule interviews with hiring managers; administer video interviews; administer assessments; check references; coordinate background checks; generate and extend offers Develop and execute on innovative approaches to identifying and engaging talent to maintain a robust pipeline for high-volume needs Manage customer relationships and communications. Lead and/or contribute to regular recruiting meetings, drive issue resolution, and offer solutions. Update and/or create daily, weekly and monthly recruiting reports as needed. Ensure OFCCP and EEO compliance during all recruiting and hiring steps Assemble new hire packets Send new hire paperwork to new employees and track return; ensure all forms are received and paperwork is complete Work with program stakeholders to create new descriptions as needed for new positions Work within the Ceridian Recruiting Solutions (CRS) applicant tracking system Assist with new hire on boarding and contract transitions Coordinate security processing with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) Identify, plan, and attend job fairs and other in-the-community branding and hiring events. Travel as necessary to events (approximately 25% travel required) Assist as needed with team projects and administrative needs In order to be successful in this role, we expect that qualified candidates will have the following experience, education, skills and knowledge: Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills as well as attention to detail Proven ability to handle a large volume of positions Strong written and oral communication skills 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources Previous experience in Recruiting with a Federal Contractor preferred Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience with Service Contract Act (SCA)/Wage Determined (WD) candidates is desirable Eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to others Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company's goals.
