You should be able to effectively manage a variety of consumer product launches to meet the needs of customers and optimize profitability and growth. We are looking for a knowledgeable marketer to drive customer engagement and create innovative product launches. The person in this role will manage the execution of marketing plans across consumer food products. Great opportunity, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits. Responsibilities: Create strategic product commercial plans that meet profitability objectives Maintain budget - PL responsibility Collaborate with Channel Marketing Sales to support goals and specific product initiatives. Develop and execute product and packaging plans to drive incremental growth opportunities. Develop and execute messaging and promotions to engage target customers Lead cross-functional teams to leverage consumer, customer, and competitive intelligence to drive performance of marketing plans Develop successful innovation strategies and lead new product development and launches. Monitor and leverage consumer customer insights, market trends, product trends, competitive trends Use data-driven marketing approaches to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required, MBA preferred 3 -5 years of Experience in a CPG or other Food Marketing Role Proficient with Microsoft Office products Demonstrated experience with successful product launch.
