Tasks/Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified candidates: use multiple internet resources, social media sites and other valued tools to source candidates Manage the recruiting process: tracks and manages all candidate activity across the entire recruiting lifecycle Collaborate: participates in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers and Account Managers to ensure all requirements are covered Coordinate and support the interview process: scheduling phone screens & interviews for teams across the country Make the process flawless: scheduling phone screens & interviews for teams across the country, ease candidate's travel worries and lay out their plan in an easy to understand format so that they are able to put their best foot forward Offers and onboarding: schedule interview debriefs, update our candidate tracking system, prepare offer letters, and partner with HR for onboarding handoff Job Postings and Advertising: manage our job board postings, assist with social media presence as needed Multitasking: you'll be able to juggle priorities as you will be the go-to person for intern events, projects or digging helping execute the latest creative recruiting idea. You can schedule a full travel schedule with one hand, while working out the logistics of our next great intern event. Skills/Requirements: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems Experience using social media as a recruiting tool Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work culture.
