Maxim Health Systems (MHS), a division of Maxim Healthcare Services, is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate. The MHS Customer Service Associate provides administrative support to Maxim Health Systems operations by organizing, scheduling, and facilitation of Max Health Systems programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between MHS and the local Staffing/Homecare offices Assists with the coordination of time sheet collection process Processing payroll on a weekly basis Coordinates with the payroll department to resolve and fix payroll discrepancies Schedules and facilitation of employee orientation and training sessions Types and/or reproduces various documents, correspondence, reports, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets as requested Coordinates special projects, assignments, and tasks as directed by the client/supervisor Receives, logs, and distributes mail as directed by the client/supervisor Duplicates, collates, and prepares various items for mailing Professionally answers telephone calls, makes referrals to appropriate department/person, takes messages as needed, and directs all incoming calls May assist with the development of various presentation materials Operates various office equipment, including copier machine, fax, computer, printer, and any other equipment at the client site Adheres to Maxim and worksite rules, policies, and procedures Performs other duties as assigned/necessaryMaxim Health Systems, a division of Maxim Healthcare Services, is one of America's foremost providers of flu shots and wellness services. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Strong organizational skills, attention to detail Interpersonal skills in the ability to professionally and confidently handle personnel concerns within scope with job responsibilities Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individual (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiently in the English language may be required Computer proficiency required Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
