Our client is currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to determine the most effective and efficient recruitment strategy for their hiring needs. You will provide full life-cycle recruiting for various career opportunities including technical and non-technical positions for locations throughout the United StatesResponsibilities: Perform the full lifecycle execution of the recruiting strategy for our enterprise customers; this will include successfully recruiting technical and non-technical talent for our domestic and international locations.Act as the subject matter expert in our client's hiring process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high quality experience for both.Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with identified universities, technical and diverse organizations and referral networks.Review resumes and employment applications to create a short list of candidates to submit to the hiring manager.Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.Make employment recommendations based on information developed through phone screens, on-site interviews, and evaluates data concerning previous employment record.Prepare offers of employment, including relocation, ensuring a fair and competitive offer while maintaining internal equity.Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the hiring process.Establish weekly cadence reviews with hiring managers to ensure timely response to candidates and fill the position.Provides timely updates to lead recruiter.Participate on project teams impacting Talent Acquisition function and completing tasks on time and on budget.Facilitate the effective interaction & contribution of co-workers and hiring managers and candidatesGenerate innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities to improve the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process and experience of the hiring manager and candidate. * Two (2) or more years of direct experience recruiting for technical, professional, exempt-level positions. * The ability to learn new requirements and teams quickly, manage multiple recruiting assignments, and prioritize requirements effectively. * The ability to prepare effective, well-communicated recruiting plans for multiple positions while focusing on cost effectiveness. * Outstanding relationship management, communication, and organizational skills. * The ability to work independently where appropriate but also understand when to escalate issues for guidance and/or resolution. * A demonstrated drive for success and ability to thrive in a team environment. * The flexibility and willingness to learn and contribute to creating new processes, procedures and comfortable with learning new technologies * Internet sourcing strategies, social networking, and other creative sourcing and networking techniques. * MS Office * Web-based applicant tracking systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred).
