College Degree Preferred. Seeking 0-2 years of experience. TheDocument Management Specialist will provide support to other legal supportstaff through the management of document workflow, managing paper andelectronic files, providing receptionist back-up, and other duties asassigned. Preferapplicants with OCR and electronic filing experience, along with knowledge ofvarious document management technologies and scanning experience. A priorbackground working as a document management specialist, records manager or fileclerk within a law firm, vendor or other related field would be helpful. Job responsibilities:File, index,sort, scan, copy and store documents in our electronic system.Proficiencyworking with Document Management Systems (ie, NetDocs)Ability to useOCR softwareManagefile/data conversionsLocate,retrieve and deliver materials upon request.Specific skills include, but are notlimited to:Strong knowledge of filing systems and standardsAble to multi-task and efficiently manage changing prioritiesExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 - Word and ExcelStrong communication skills in both written and verbal form *Salary commensurate with an entry-level position.Offit Kurman is a proud equal opportunity employer.
