We are currently seeking a motivated individual to cover one of our full-time Customer Service Rep positions. Those interested must be available to work 10 am - 7 pm, Monday-Friday. This person will specialize in: Employee and equipment dispatchProblem solving and troubleshootingCustomer service in a high phone call volume environmentAsset trackingCommunicating with other regional offices to properly service the Mid-Atlantic regionEmployee relationsAspects of Human Resources and Customer Service Qualified candidates must possess: 1-2 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and/or Call Center experienceStrong multi-tasking and communication skillsStrong PC skills and the ability to quickly pick up on new computer systemsExcellent customer service skillsAn Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree preferredGreat time management skillsFlagger Force offers great benefits, including: Medical/Vision/Dental, 401k, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off and more!
