Adjunct Faculty – Design Management and Communications.
The Master of Professional Studies in Regulatory Affairs (RA) program at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies (scs.georgetown.edu[scs.georgetown.edu]) is seeking Adjunct Faculty members to develop and teach graduate courses on-campus and online that address:
o Development and regulatory processes relevant to drugs, biologics, and medical devices;
o Drug safety;
o Good clinical and manufacturing practices;
o Health outcomes research;
o International regulatory affairs;
o Management of clinical trials;
o Medical product labeling and promotion;
o Pharmaceutical industry operations;
o Research and health care policy;
o Research design;
o Research ethics;
o Statistics and biostatistics.

Candidates must have a master’s degree and approximately ten years of relevant professional experience in private industry, government, or academia. Experience teaching at the graduate level in on-campus or online formats is preferred. For on-line course development, experience in on-line course development as part of a team including instructional design and multimedia professionals is preferred.
Current Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) is preferred; additional professional certifications, such as Certified IRB Professional (CIP), may be relevant to specific courses.
