Our Executive Chefs are responsible for leading a team of Culinary Professionals that deliver high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures and profitability. The Executive Chef contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior team member and guest experience. The Executive Chef supports the Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant.Job Requirements* Passion for people, Hospitality, Culinary & Beverage excellence, and having fun* Proven success as Head of Kitchen Operations in a high- volume upscale or casual restaurant with a scratch kitchen* Ability to unify a team in a high volume, high energy environment* Communication skills that encourage an environment of openness and professionalism* Understanding and aptitude for team member and peer development* Ability to accept and act on feedback* Proven ability to recruit, interview and develop talent among our Team Members* Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
