As the Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for all service work orders and will interact with residents and maintenance staff to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must have outstanding customer service skills and be a team player. Are you the one?Primary duties include but are not limited to:Efficient and timely reporting, scheduling and management of resident service requests. Enter all service requests and corresponding notes to the computer tracking system (MRI). Interact directly with residents via phone or in person to collect requests for repairs. Manage service work orders in MRI and communicate with Field Ops team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely fashion.Track condition/satisfaction by completing follow up calls on all tickets to ensure resident retention. Responsible for ensuring efficient and courteous responses to all resident requests.Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, files and reports pertaining to maintenance. Inspect model, office and vacant units as necessary to ensure marketability. Ensure on-site maintenance office is organized and files are maintained as required. Assist in scheduling and inspect all make-readies.Maintain a thorough knowledge of related company and property policies and procedures. Adhere to all appropriate company account directives.Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.Responsible for ensuring that all personnel operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.Qualifications:Education: Required:High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)Experience:Required:Minimum one year related experience and/or training Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Required:Valid driver's license To learn more about our company please visit us at EOE.
