Habitat America, a fast-growing 28 year old property management company, seeks a strong, professional full-time Property Manager for a Market Rate/Tax Credit Combo Apartment Community in Baltimore, MD! Printer's square is a refurbished historic building consisting of 60 units (half market and half tax credit). Habitat is looking for a marketing-oriented individual with a proven track record for achieving sales and high occupancy. Lease-up experience is a plus! Tax Credit experience is also desired for this position. The Community Manager is the face of any property and therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of prior property management experience as a Community Manager. Experience managing an active social program is a plus.
