F&B Director/Fine Dining Country Club Baltimore, MD. 90k + BONUS with strong benefits packageFull-time Our company is currently seeking a professional F&B Director with outstanding customer service skills and experience in a fine dining environment. Are you a spirited leader with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to strive for excellence? We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage Service who will be responsible for overseeing and managing service for all fine and casual dining and banquet services. The Director will assure all dining facilities are setup and service is delivered in a manner that perpetuates gracious hospitality, our commitment to excellence and provides the best experiences for our members and their guests. The Director will regularly interact with members and guests to promote the Club, answer questions, resolve issues and act as a liaison between the dining room, kitchen and other departments. Other significant responsibilities will include leading and developing staff, managing and controlling expenses, managing inventory and ensuring the dining rooms and event spaces are properly set prior to, during and after service. Candidates must have a degree in Hospitality Management or a related degree or equivalent experience.
