The Franchise Business Leader appliesinfluence and functional expertise to create meaningful, productive,partnerships with each franchisee. Through these partnerships, the FranchiseBusiness Leader will offer advice, counsel, coaching, and assistance tothe franchise owners/operators in an effort to positively impact and improvesales, profits, and maintain the highest level of operating standards for thefranchised business and our brand. As the Franchise Business Leader, you willfacilitate cross-functional oversight and support (along with our various departmentleads) in areas of operations, food safety, financial planning, training, andmarketing. .Job Responsibilitiesinclude: Work collaboratively with franchisee to insure execution of BurgerFi highest standards of hospitality, guest service, and financial performance Regularly track and communicate KPI's to proactively achieve brand objectives and highest standards at all assigned restaurants As assigned franchisees open additional restaurants, work closely with our new store opening teams and departments to insure both successful openings, as well as continued high-performance after the "honeymoon" period Collaborate with our Territory Marketing Managers to assure appropriate execution of national and local store marketing initiatives Execute outstanding communication initiatives to your assigned franchisee community, in the form of online meetings, written and verbal communications and ongoing messaging Qualifications: Minimum of 5-years of solid experience in multi-unit management of a branded, franchised, restaurant business (as a Franchise Business Consultant, Regional Manager, or District Manager) Demonstrable proficiency as an outstanding communicator - both written and verbal -- you will be tested Thorough knowledge of P&L management in a high-volume, multi-unit, restaurant environment Ability to mentor, collaborate with, and influence business owners that have significant capital investments at stake in their multi-unit restaurant businesses Extensive travel - possibly up to 75% Bachelor's degree preferred Willingness to relocate is considered a plus, but not essential BurgerFi offerscompetitive salary, incentive bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities: Health Insurance after 90 days Incentive Bonus Program tied to KPI achievement Paid Vacation & Sick Time Exciting & Rewarding Work Environment.Please apply directly on the link below.BurgerFi is an EqualOpportunity Employer
