This position is responsible for aportfolio of 200-250 units, including single family homes, townhomes, condos,and multi-family properties. These unitsare spread throughout Baltimore City and the surrounding counties. This is a full-time position that alsorequires on-call availability after hours once a week every couple of months.EssentialDuties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:* Schedule and follow up with allmaintenance requests.* Process all renewals.* Ensure property is in compliance withproper certificates and licenses. * Schedule and track all turnover workfrom move out to move in.* Walk and inspect properties after turnhas been completed.* Send late rent letters, file in courtfor collections, schedule evictions.* Process move outs for security depositreimbursement. * Maintain an open line of communicationwith the property owner.QUALIFICATIONS:To performthis job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of theknowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * MinimumHigh School Education; 4-year college degree preferred. Three (3) years previous property managementexperience. * Ability tooperate independently and exercise initiative using solid judgment anddecision-making skills*Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and have theability to use our internet based software* Must be aquick learner and have high level of retention and understanding of the tasksrequired* Strongpresentation skills* Extremelyorganized* Accuracyand a strong attention to detail* Ability tofollow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills areessential* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professionalrelationships* Ability towork in a changing, growing workplace * Validdriver license and personal vehicle* Personalmobile phone **We dorequire a minimum of 3 professional references and conduct a criminalbackground check prior to employment**
