Overview:Supports the Business Unit's staffing efforts by conducting full life-cycle recruiting to include: sourcing resumes, screening candidates, cold calling, analyzing and learning different requirements for different positions, reporting recruiting efforts, making a presence in social media to promote jobs and interact with potential candidates in the industry, and familiarizing themselves on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The position will also provide administrative support to the Recruiting team as needed.Responsibilities: Conducts full cycle recruitment to include: sourcing, cold calling, resume and telephone screening, referring qualified candidates to the hiring managers, verifying references and negotiating offers as required. Responsible for vetting of different positions as needed by the contract. Stays on top of WPS qualification requirements and business needs to find the best talent match for various job openings. Responsible for the administration and respective disposition of the candidates in the ATS. Responsible for the utilization and deployment of social media tools to promote company branding and attract potential applicants. Responsible for reporting efforts every week to Recruiting Manager. Other duties as assigned. High degree of attention to detail and excellent organization skills; proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking; high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and using referral processes as well as knowledge of employment law. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and employees, meeting their needs and the needs of the organization. Must be organized, motivated, reliable, and responsible with superior interpersonal skills. Must have previous understating of how to use an applicant tracking software. Proficient in use of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. Ability to utilize social media, online resources and other effective sourcing resources to identify highly qualified candidates. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year experience in Recruiting, Staffing or Human Resources Recruiting Certification (eg, CRS) preferred Must be knowledgeable in iCIMS ATS or similar platform EOE AA M/F/Vet/DisabilityInterested?
