Pathways is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our HR Team! The HR Assistant will be located at our Fredericksburg, VA Corporate Office and will support and coordinate general office activities including maintaining auditing of all personnel files; prepares, processes and compiles data for reports; handles sensitive information; schedules meetings and events and provide administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources. Qualifications:*Associates Degree with at least 1- 2 years of Human Resources administrative experience dealing with critical data and information flow. *Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). Candidates for this position must have basic knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field. *Must have effective communication skills particularly in written form. *Candidates should have a keen eye for details since the position deals with information input and database management and must be intolerant of errors, independent and self-disciplined.
