And we do it all with every action focused on our shared valuesof Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation & Performance.The Provider Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing theworkforce of HouseCalls Practitioners from a logistical and operationalperspective. Provider Relations Coordinators analyze market data, reviewscheduling conditions, forecast production, and identify trends to presentinformation for operational and business planning. Working collaboratively withfield managers, the Provider Relations Coordinator ensures the HouseCallsPractitioners are effectively scheduled and utilized to minimize travel timeand maximize scheduling and visit completion within their assigned market.The Provider Relations Coordinator reports to the Regional Lead andpartners in supporting short and long term operational business activities bydeveloping, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure appropriate and effective communication with the Clinical Team Managers in the field within assigned territoryConduct market specific analysis to manage capacity according to current production requirements and constraintsResponsible for assuring practitioners have loaded required hours of availability and assignments are made in a timely fashionExecute practitioner assignments that ensure target outcomes are achieved within assigned territoryEnsure effective communication with other teams to assure Provider Relations issues are managed quickly and efficientlyMonitor production in assigned territory and work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain strategies that address deficienciesSubmit timely and accurate reports regarding production in assigned territoryProvide quality assistance to HouseCalls Practitioner field by quickly and efficiently addressing practitioner concernsAchieve performance metrics related to telephonic quality assurance Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED or higher 6+ months of work or educational experience with interpreting and summarizing large data sets to drive informed actions6+ months of work or educational experience sourcing data, and analyzing, trending and producing a forecast from findings6+ months of Microsoft Excel experience working with Pivot Tables, v-lookup, sumif etcAbility to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in healthcare, business or in a related fieldProfessional experience in operations, workforce management or data analysisProfessional experience in data modeling, trending and forecasting AtOptum, you will perform within aninnovative culture that's focused on transformational change in the Healthcaresystem.
