Are you looking for a team to put your tech savvy nature to use?  Does helping others with their business solution needs excite you?  Local start-up is looking for an enthusiastic tech savvy/administrative professional to join their innovative team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help trouble shoot technological difficulties
  • Receive and direct clients
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain filing system
  • Retrieve documents from filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including memos and emails etc.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

Must Have:

  • Team-oriented nature
  • Tech savvy
  • Solution driven/goal-oriented
  • "Can-do" attitude
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Prior work and/or internship experience
  • Volunteer and Philanthropic experience a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills (2010 or 2013)
