Senior Research Associate
Lead activities of the GU subcontract on DC Department of Health, Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program Innovation grant including: provide research-informed clinical training and mental health consultation to MIECHV-funded home visiting programs; integrate best practices in continuous quality improvement into MIECHV-funded home visiting programs; collaborate with MIECHV-funded state and local partners; use administrative data to track and monitor changes in family engagement and retention of families in MIECHV-funded home visiting. Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Minimum Qualification for Position:
PH.D. or equivalent in psychology or social sciences; MSW in social work; peer reviewed publications and scientific presentations; teaching, training and experience in infant and early childhood mental health and home visiting; strong writing and oral presentation skills; excellent organizational skills; demonstrated experience in providing interactive training and reflective supervision. Must have experience with successful grant writing. Strong knowledge of applied research, program evaluation and continuous quality improvement strategies. Applicant must have at least 4 years of applicable experience. The full-time position requires presence in DC office.
