The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Nehemiah Security will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will work across all business units to handle social media management (both paid and organic), content syndication and distribution, paid SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and nurture campaigns for existing leads. You will play a central role in implement digital marketing plans to support acquisition and brand awareness objectives for Nehemiah Security. This is not for the faint-of-heart, but if you are up for a challenge that will provide some great stories and experiences along the way, then please reach out to us.Responsibilities:Create promotional plans around internally and externally produced content to drive demand generationDevelop nurture campaigns to existing leads leveraging marketing automation softwareMonitor, report, and analyze campaign performance against target KPIs and ROI and identify actionable insights to improve media effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain weekly and monthly metric reports to measure KPIsDevelop and execute test plans to optimize digital media performance and conversionsMonitor and identify opportunities to overcome competition.Define social media strategy and execute on communications across all core social platforms to drive awareness and support organizational goalsManage vendor relations with paid social and paid SEO/SEM vendorsWork with multiple business and product owners, creative teams, and operational groups to optimize digital acquisition initiatives.Requirements:5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, content syndication, and marketing automationA strong working knowledge of marketing automation software like PardotExperience producing reports in a metrics-driven departmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with people in all areas and levels of an organizationPrior experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) a plusHighly organized and disciplinedStrong command over use of Social media including LinkedIN, Twitter, Facebook, GlassdoorEducation:Bachelors or equivalent
