Inbound Marketing Lead

Key Role:

Develop the firm's inbound marketing strategy and oversee the implementation of a scalable, repeatable model to drive improved marketing and business performance for corporate marketing and communications' marketing, content creation, and demand generation efforts. Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps with a focus on marketing automation, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies. Work with integrated marketers, inbound marketing specialist, digital strategists, and marketing analytics data scientists to drive an effective, repeatable strategic framework for developing and deploying integrated and engaging marketing campaigns, to support a range of projects and campaign initiatives across Web, e-mail, and social media. Oversee entire lead generation lifecycle across Web, e-mail, social, and marketing automation, SEO or SEM, and digital advertising. Serve as a highly analytical leader, working in conjunction with digital strategists, content creators, marketers, data scientists, and other firm-wide stakeholders to drive effective and efficient integrated inbound marketing strategies across all e-mail campaigns, social media strategies, and digital initiatives.


Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, driving strategy for e-mail marketing, digital advertising campaigns, SEO and SEM, and social media channels

-Experience in marketing automation platform tools and techniques to implement lead generation, conduct A/B testing, and analyze metrics

-Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tools and techniques, including managing PPC and paid or sponsored social campaigns

-Experience with digital marketing and communications practices and developing digital strategies with measurable results

-Experience with a professional services firm marketing to B2B or B2G prospects

-Ability to be fluent with content management platforms, digital analytics programs, and overall digital marketing processes, metrics and terminology, and best practices

-Ability to demonstrate project management expertise to be efficient in managing workload and communicating tasks across the team

-Ability to juggle a number of projects at the same time

-Ability to be a strategic and creative thinker, using data to inform decision-making

-BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working within a consulting or agency environment

-Experience with working within regulated industries or fields

-Knowledge of social networks

-Knowledge of federal government audiences

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent visual design direction skills

-MA or MS degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Strategy, or related areas
