Customer Support Representative
Customer Support Assistant- Part Time Contract Position:
A leading biotechnology research firm, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant. (9AM-2PM).
The Customer Support Assistant will report to the Customer Support Manager.
Provide excellent customer service, answering the phones, processing orders and invoices.
Ensure that CRM/LIMS system have complete and accurate contact information for orders, contacts, and sales activities.
Some activities will include online research to find prospects, researching universities, biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes
Interact with Sales team and Production to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring all Quotes, Reserves and Special Requirement orders are communicated to al teams.
Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency are required.
Prior experience with CRM/ERP systems such as FileMaker and SalesForce experience is a plus.
