We are seeking a champion for its continual improvement. The FRTIB is an Independent Federal Agency responsible for administering the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). We help Federal employees and members of the Uniformed Services retire with dignity by providing benefits similar to private sector 401(k) plans.

- Occasional Travel
- Incumbent is required to travel less than 15 percent of the time.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the specialized experience as described below:
Specialized Experience: Experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position typically in or directly related to enterprise risk management, internal controls, and auditing and is equivalent to the work performed at the next lower grade level.
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as managing or directing risk management programs, functions, and methodologies that cover the enterprise to include experience proactively managing risks such as financial, operational, legal, and reputational risk sufficient to identify or analyze risk management problems or issues, and develop alternative solutions in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Education may not be substituted for experience at this grade level.
Professional Certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA preferred but not required.
