The Ford Agency has an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to build a career in marketing and sales. The Sales Planner will be the primary resource and collaborator for Account Executives in the radio sales process. Prior experience supporting advertising, marketing, or sales teams is preferred as are excellent research and writing skills. As the "go-to" person for the team, we are looking for candidates with great interpersonal skills who are self-starters and can juggle multiple projects effectively. This is a temp-to-hire role and is available immediately!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Account Executives on:
  • Creating presentations and proposals for clients
  • Managing production and processing of orders
  • Invoicing
  • Manage sponsorships and giveaways
  • Develop lead generation and tracking system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Broadcast Journalism or related major
  • Proficiency using Nielsen, Scarborough, or Google Analytics
  • Strong Microsoft skills
