Site Administrator - Supported Living

Position Summary: Site Administrator - Rehabilitation Program. Provides client-centered psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services to clients with mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. ~ Provides life skills training, behavior management and crisis intervention ~ Supports clients in taking prescribed medication, including monitoring medications when needed ~ supports clients with identifying and finding employment ~ conducts person centered treatment planning and ongoing assessment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required and a total of two years of related work experience, including on year of experience working with Electronic Health Records. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience can be substituted. Possession of a valid driver's license, with less than three points on driving record required, Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to use it for work purposes. May be required to transport clients in personal vehicle.
