Job Summary

Westat is seeking an experienced database developer professional to support database development activities conducted for research studies. The successful candidate will report to a database development manager, and will work closely with other database developers and data management personnel.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: creating database objects in the global library, developing data entry screens, programming and testing of data quality checks, participating in software validation and testing of applications.

Job Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in programming or a related field
· 2 years of full-time database development or programming experience
· Experience with Oracle, Oracle Clinical or other data management software

Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organizational, analytical and multitasking skills are required.
