·    Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, incident reports, service requests, customer satisfaction surveys, and corrective action plans.·    Maintain and improve service quality by completing customer service audits, investigating customer complaints; and then collaborating with other members of management to develop new services delivery and training methods.·    Choose labor categories and create requisitions based on the duties of the role as requested by the customer. ·    Track the program’s personnel utilizing a program organization chart.·    Validate service performance and quality processes as specified by Service Level Agreement·    Track service delivery calendars and ensure all contracted services and deliverables are completed on time.·    Provides subject matter expertise to assigned programs.·    Provides analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.·    Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.·    Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data.·    Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.·    Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.·    Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.·    Participates in special projects as required. This position requires an Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance. Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.

Qualifications 0-2 years of related quality assurance experience.
