Plans, coordinates, and conducts training and related instructional programs for customer personnel.


 1. Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

 2. Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.

 3. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

 4. May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.

 5. Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.

 6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

 7. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Associates Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications 3-5 years of directly related experience in course instruction.


Applicants should also possess an understanding of the following requirements:
1. Knowledge and skill to develop a substantial amount of background and source information and produce original material incorporating different developments or approaches or integrate different fields of knowledge into the work.
2. Knowledge of staff and faculty development and skill sufficient to develop training by assessing needs for training and improvement in academic departments. 
3. Capable of applying knowledge of observed performance of instructional materials to aid in determining how material might be improved.
4. Knowledge of tests and measurements and skill sufficient to plan and conduct correlation studies. Applied knowledge of statistical methods including factor analysis to evaluate and predict achievements and student performance. 
5. Knowledge of instructional materials development and skill sufficient to review or develop complete full-length courses of major course units of comparable scope for use in an established subject matter field.
6. Understanding of how the ADDIE instructional design process is used without a significant train-up period.
7. Applied knowledge of how to implement new or anticipated design changes in educational outcomes and other curriculum facets to instructional products pursuant to pre-defined timelines. 
8. Knowledge of training aids and devices and skill sufficient to review and evaluate untried media of substantial scope. 
9. Knowledge TRADOC Quality Assurance Standards and their application to training development, instructor qualification and certification. Knowledge of the QA process as reflected in TRADOC Regulation 350-70.
10. Knowledge of TRADOC Adaptive Soldier Leader Training and Education (ASLTE) format and skill for developing ROTC Curriculum and associated products in the ASLTE format. 
11. Knowledge of current Army Operational and Leadership Doctrine.
