Customer Relations Contractor tasks include:
a. Interface between Government agencies and industrial organizations for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to NRO programs;
b. Maintain accurate personnel data in all files;
c. Update the customer database;
d. Conduct an annual file audit;
e. Maintains accuracy of customer's records, e.g., briefing and debriefing dates;
f.  Prepare, as directed, cases for expedited requests;
g. Be attentive to detail;
h. Conduct personnel clearance verification;
i. Ability to use multiple IC databases (APICS, JPAS, Scattered Castles);
j. Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security.
k. Elicit, articulate, and document information in a well-organized manner;


GDIT duties may include:

Supervises the activities of a call center or help desk.

 1. Supervises one or more teams or shifts of Customer Service Specialists, directly and through subordinate Leads.

 2. Supervises staff in recognizing, identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with company or customer products and services.

 3. Prepares shift schedules and coordinates coverage to meet customer requirements.

 4. Assists subordinate Specialists in resolving complex issues.

 5. Participates in special projects as required.

Education 1. Associates Degree in a related discipline.

 2. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Qualifications 5-8 years of related customer service, call center or help desk experience.


a. Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office Suite
b. Demonstrated customer service and telephone skills;
c. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks;

d. Database data entry skills;
e. Ability to learn various databases during performance of tho contract;
f. Prioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skills;

g. Experience in security personnel processing related to background investigations;
h. Knowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelines;i.
