Enterprise Management Solution Architect (TS/SCI Required)

Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
- Performs expert-level systems development and design work that may include logic design, I/O design, firmware development, model formulation, manufacturing and development cost projections, computer architecture analysis and design, and analog or digital systems engineering.Develops technology and process roadmaps for long-term investment planning that prioritizes current operations with the organizations long-term strategic vision.Develops business case analysis on potential projects.Ensures security is integrated into all architecture solutions.Performs advanced systems modeling, simulation, and analysis.Acts as a subject-matter expert to multiple tasks and/or programs.Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients.Plans and directs upgrades of operating systems and designs systems enhancements.Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems.Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.Serves as a chief architect and/or program architect.Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineers and may have supervisory responsibilities.Leads a team of solution architects in developing a comprehensive enterprise approach that spans technical, management, and cost elementsServes as primary liaison with senior clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met.Provides high level expertise to multiple projects and tasks.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.
- Expert knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques.Apply System Engineering across the lifecycle of a service from concept of operations and system requirements definition through design, testing, verification/validation and ultimately service replacement/retirement.Understanding proposal management lifecycle using Shipley methodology frameworkApply ITIL framework in developing to Enterprise Management processing and tools selection/implementation.Deep understanding of service desk, infrastructure monitoring, ITSM, and CRM tools, functions, and processesAlign business, application, data, and technology perspectives with the organization’s technology and governance strategies, policies, and standardsDeliver cost estimation justification by developing repeatable statistical, mathematical, and financial modelsUnderstand the interrelationships of enterprise architectural components and technologies to develop efficient, automated, and integrated solutionsDevelop strategies that improve business performance and cost by developing data streams and information flows that meet support business strategies and processes and through continual service improvement.Analyze and translate business, information, and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives.Applied knowledge of ICD 503 Risk Management Framework
