Responsibilities and duties

    Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company’s desktop environmentCollaborate with existing vendors to evaluate the new technology that is available and make recommendations to management on using that technologyConsult with IT support and design departments to make sure that network expansion projects are in line with the company’s plansMonitor the performance of the company’s desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiencyEvaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications to see if they will solve desktop issues
    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar fieldMCDST certification
Qualifications Skills

    5+ years’ desktop engineering experienceDemonstrated ability in desktop and systems designProven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment

Operating systems

    Windows 7 EnterpriseWindows 10 Enterprise
