Requires a wide range of knowledge concerning all aspects of project management. Position performs standard and advanced analysis of IT strategies, plans, technologies, capabilities, and investments. Provides a wide range of direct support to a team of Analysts and Customers to include, but not limited to; reviewing enterprise planning and strategy documents for relevance, de-confliction, and applicability. Maintains references, records documents, and conducts detailed research to provide information from a variety of sources to provide support. Aids in responding and/or leads short-fused and Flag Officer level requests for information and/or justification for initiatives and assessments and/or service outages.


Responsible for completion of assigned tasks with little or no guidance 

Ability to manage multiple priority tasks simultaneously under tight timelines in stressful situations 

Communicates with functional area subject matter experts to meet customer requirements and to solve problems 

Work directly with other local and enterprise contractor and government project managers 

Responsible for coordinating with internal and external agencies and organizations 

Coordinates VTCs, conferences, internal, and external staff coordination 

Manages internal and external tasks assigned and provides status updates to the customer and manager 

Ability to work well with others from a diverse set of backgrounds 

Must be able to dilute complex problem sets into basic strategic language easy to understand 

Excellent verbal and written skills are paramount along with a strong use of the Microsoft Office suite of tools

Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

 2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred.

Qualifications 10-12 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
