Candidates must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 level.
Specialized Experience is defined as: experience in managing, leading, or directing teams to address myriad electric rate issues, including market-power and market-based rate policy issues, produce written products that succinctly capture significant issues, and make informed recommendations to executive-level leadership.
