KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must meet specialized experience.
  • One year probationary period may be required.
  • Generally, male applicants must be registered with the Selective Service.
  • A background investigation is required.
  • Candidates must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 level.

    Specialized Experience is defined as: experience in managing, leading, or directing teams to address myriad electric rate issues, including market-power and market-based rate policy issues, produce written products that succinctly capture significant issues, and make informed recommendations to executive-level leadership.
