We are currently looking to fill an admin/payroll specialist position.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities
1-3 years of experience in reception/administrative position for a service company/contractor
Excellent phone skills and ability to handle a busy multi line phone system
Must be computer savvy with extensive experience in the basic functions of Microsoft office products and windows navigation.
Must have a professional demeanor and appearance.
Must be career oriented with a desire to work hard and move up with a good company
Must have payroll experience with timesheets
Must have experience with processing I-9s and W-2s.
You should be willing and able to do any tasks required to ensure smooth operation of the office including but not limited to answering phones, data entry, spreadsheet creation, cleaning, and office errands.
