Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a massive organization who is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Specialist. This individual will be responsible for resolving and documenting all customer issues while also maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Settle all customer complaints both internal and external
  • Verify and collect all case information through email, telephone or any other forms of communication
  • Solve all customer complaints through social media outlets
  • Help to develop customer service processes
  • Manage and maintain master data
  • Bring cases to the appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Make sure appropriate customer service is being performed and provide any feedback to Customer Service Management

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • High school diploma
  • Advanced to fluent in Spanish
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Professional and calm demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
