Job Summary/Company: 
Sparks Group has partnered with a massive organization who is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Specialist who is fluent in German. This individual will be responsible for resolving and documenting all customer issues while also maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Apply now!

Responsibilities: 
• Settle all customer complaints both internal and external
• Verify and collect all case information through email, telephone or any other forms of communication
• Solve all customer complaints through social media outlets
• Help in the process of developing customer service processes 
• Manage and maintain master data
• Bring cases to the appropriate personnel when necessary
• Make sure appropriate customer service is being performed and provide any feedback to Customer Service Management 

Qualifications/Background profile: 
• High school diploma
• Advanced to fluent in German
• 2-4 years of customer service experience 
• Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends
• Professional and calm demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
