Administrative Assistant - Trade Association
Administrative Assistant sought for very large trade association. Degree preferred. Duties include: Scheduling, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, answering phones, working with the association's membership on a daily basis, (invoicing, data base management, etc) assist with conference planning and preparation and provide administrative assistance for special projects.
Must be able to travel.

- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to travel 4+ times a year
