Job Description: Executes training and communication strategies for HR Shared Services. Leverages Xert application and other technologies to track metrics and effectiveness of communication campaigns. Executes knowledge management strategies to include standard operating procedures, job aids, UPK, and Wavenet/SharePoint; evaluates existing materials/solutions for effectiveness; updates and re-develops as needed. Provides support to measure the effectiveness of customer education/communication and customer satisfaction initiatives through reporting and data analysis for HR Shared Services. Monitors measures and identifies/implements methods for continuous improvement.
