Job Description: Responsible for quality, automation, efficiency and customer service for assigned areas of responsibility. Provides single point of contact to customer to include employees and leaders for assigned HR-related inquiries. Provides timely, accurate and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding HR issues, policies, procedures and processes. Processes employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines. Maintains appropriate documentation and records in HR Systems. Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
