What you will do

As a Talent and Culture Specialist at Counterpoint, you will be responsible for promoting and building on the positive culture and work environment that has made us a "Best Place to Work" for three years running. As a champion of our People and Work perks programs, you will provide exceptional support to our local and remote employees. You will be creative in helping design and support competitive offerings to the team. You will represent and promote Counterpoint's culture and values to both team members and new recruits. You will help build, grow and develop the Counterpoint community, while attracting new talent to our fast-expanding team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and administer HR policies and programs
  • Coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation
  • Coordinate recruiting, including scheduling events and applicant interviews, and maintaining records and documents
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and outings
  • Plan and coordinate corporate volunteer and fundraising activities
  • Expand and administer employee recognition programs
  • Manage internal communications, including company newsletter
  • Manage and expand employee benefits programs
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS and other systems
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Assist with other HR and recruiting initiatives and special projects
  • Perform office management / other administrative functions as needed
