Principal HR Compliance Analyst
Regional HCSD compliance team lead in support of Ethics investigations.
Manages team workload, to include case assignments.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including plan administration and records requirements.
Conducts confidential internal investigations.
Maintains backup documentation and compliance audit data.
Produces and analyzes statistical data, and prepares related reports.
Identifies need for, develops and conducts training.
Serves as a point of contact for external sources/government agencies (DOL, EEOC, OPM, etc.).
Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced HR Compliance staff members, and supervisory responsibilities.
Maintains current knowledge of related labor laws and record-keeping requirements.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
8-10 years of related human resources experience.
*Preferably in a compliance or generalist role, with emphasis on employee relations resolutions, etc.
* must have some leadership/supervisory experience.
Writing skills to include strong grammar and spelling.
PHR/SPHR is a plus.
Demonstrated communication skills with different employee levels, to include hourly employees, frontline supervisors, program management and division leadership.Strong investigation, analysis and critical thinking skills required.
