Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.
- Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives. Supports staff in identifying course content and objectives for learners, staff, and others.Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.Maintains records of testing activities.Coaches Learners on best methodologies related to adult learning.Schedules testing and training activities and communicates with participants as required.Updates course, training program, and testing program documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.Works with coordinating deliverables from course developers and quality control staff.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.
