Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in support of the Director of Logistics for International Programs, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Headquarter, various Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APMLs), Department of Defense agencies, and international customers in one or more business support functions within the organization.  Works under general supervision, performs additional duties as assigned. 

  

 
    Provides assistance with contracts and task order administration; facilities scheduling; record keeping; logistics planning; property/asset inventory management; purchasing, resume formatting and security.Provides general office administration functions including meeting minutes, constructing presentation briefs, creating training and/or conference binders, developing and populating spreadsheets, drafting/editing letters and correspondence. Makes appointments and travel arrangements to include arranging security access to customer facilities and country clearances for international travel.Ensures conference rooms are properly set up to accommodate training.May perform facilities planning activities, including coordinating the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment.May maintain technical and financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.Provides administrative support for various projects as assigned including Transportation Plan preparation.Provides support for the inboarding of all new employees.Performs other assignments as required. 
Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.

Qualifications 2-5 years of related administrative and analytical experience.
