Principal HR Compliance Analyst
GDIT is looking for a Regional Compliance Team Lead to manage a team of investigators assigned to internally investigate concerns raised through our company helpline. Responsibilities include assigning new cases by skillset of the investigator and complexity of the case; ensuring thorough investigations are completed; reviewing all case closure reports for accuracy and ensuring they are submitted and approved through the closure process by the required deadline. The Team Lead also conducts confidential internal investigations; identifies need for, develops and conducts training; and provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced HR Compliance staff members, as well as provides supervisory support. Reporting requirements include routine data analytics, trending analysis, and escalation of new trends. When trends are identified Team Lead works closely with local HR and program management on mitigation plans to include potential training and educational opportunities. Maintains backup documentation and compliance audit data. Team Lead also initiates and participates in special projects as required. Candidates should have 8-10 years of related human resources experience; writing skills to include strong grammar and spelling; demonstrated communication skills with different employee levels, to include hourly employees, frontline supervisors, program management and division leadership; and strong investigation, analysis and critical thinking skills. Candidates must also maintain current knowledge of related labor laws and record-keeping requirements. Education Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
